A collection of motors from appliances and devices in and around the house, recorded with a magnetic pickup plugged into a portable microcassette recorder.

Very loud, close recording of an old, partially functional wallensack reel-to-reel tape recorder. Recording includes the tape motor in operation and a piezo mic being dragged across the surface of the tape recorder. The recording has a fair amount of both background noise, and hum from the machine itself.

The sound of a teabag squeezer hitting the lid of an ornamental brass pot. It creates a generic "ding" sound. There is a small amount of static noise in the background. Sounds slightly like a triangle i guess. Recorded with a cheap pc microphone.

Some crispy warm lofi chords with a light cahon smack.

Sang with inbuilt laptop microphone into protracker v2. 3d's 8-bit sampler. Used audacity to elongate the samples. This is part 2 out of of 5 parts:hare krishna (part 1)krishna krishna (part2)hare hare (part 3)hare rama (part 4)rama rama (part 5). When put together properly (part 1 played twice, part 2, part 3, part 4 played twice, part 5, part 3) it constitutes the hare krishna mantra. Note that in this particular set, part 4 and part 5 are sampled one note lower than the others.

Part 3 (a drum cadence) of a basic outdoor parade sequence performed by the Ceremonial Band of the United States Air Force Band of the West. Track 13 from Facets! (1992). Captain Steven Grimo, Commander. Lieutenant Danny Varella, Vice Commander.

A short loop containing ambient bells and drums.

This started out as a really long jam session with synplant and a ton of randomized lfos and midi generators. I then resampled a snippet from it, drenched it in fx, threw ableton's resonator on it, then slapped on a utility that makes resonator play chords, which were generated from splash pro's ai keyboard.

Here i implement a basic guitar and a kick combined with a hi-hat to make this small loop, if you would like just the guitar or just the kick midi, dm me.

The cpu of this keyboard is broken, but still sounding. The name of the file itself explains spot on what is expected.

Fast fly by whoosh swing lofi - could be edit to possibly be an arrow shot from a bow - and whooshing by/. Source sample manipulation in reason nnxt.

A speaking educational toy run through a homemade bit-crushing and pith-shifting effects box. Very lo-fi (because i like that sort of thing).

Two muted elevator floor bells and doors slide open. Wide ambiance. The weirdness at the beginning is the natural beginning provided when recording with an ipod. Griffin italk mic.
